Follow On Support
When a woman/family move on from our refuge accommodation, they can be referred into the Follow On service.  Through this, they will be able to continue engaging with a support worker for a period of up to 12 weeks.

The Follow On service supports the transition out of refuge accommodation into secure tenancies.

The service will be based on individual needs and is planned prior to moving out of refuge. This service can only be offered to women/families who continue to reside in the Clackmannanshire area, however workers will refer to other services where appropriate.
