Follow On Support
When you move on from refuge, you can be referred to our Follow On service.  Through this, you will be able to continue engaging with your support worker.

Workers will continue to meet with you to support you through the transition of being in refuge to moving to your own tenancy.

The service will be based on your individual needs and would be discussed with you prior to you moving out of the refuge.
