Data Protection

Since 2018 we have been operating in accordance with GDPR laws.  We have a data protection privacy notice, which you can request a copy of. The privacy notice contains important information about:
•        who collects personal information about you
•        which information we collect and how and why 
•        how we use the information and who we might share it with
•        where we hold your information (including details of any international transfers where applicable)
•        how long we hold your information
•        your rights to access, correct and erase your information
•        details of where you can find further information
•        how to complain if we get things wrong

We use Oasis, a secure cloud system to hold your data. Cases can be recorded anonymously.
